Tasers: A Viable Alternative to Lethal Force?

Earlier this year, a new Taser lawwent to effect in Connecticut. The reform was the first of its kind in the nation, requiring police officers to file a "use of force" report every time a Taser is fired. 

This hour, we learn more about that law. We also find out why a condition known as “excited delirium” has been cited in dozens of deaths following Taser deployment.

And later, we look to a new study out of Arizona State University to see if being "Tased" can actuallyaffect the way people think.
